Evoking nostalgia through the use of retro aesthetics, Unichrome is the only game (that we know of) about a little unicorn with a big ass gun and molotov cocktails. Bob your head to the hypnotic OST as you triple-barrel-shotgun-blast your enemies in the face in the enthralling black-and-white platformer that is Unichrome. Boasting 8 unique mini-bosses, 16 weapons and a trash-talking rainbow unicorn, Unichrome is a classic side-scrolling adventure, with tight controls, tough-as-nails precision platforming, and just a dash of shoot-em-up bullet hell.

History

The Unichrome prototype was originally created in just 3 days as part of WGJ 28 with the theme "Rainbow Unicorn". The original prototype had only 4 levels, each of a different color: purple, brown, blue and white. There was only one boss fight originally at the very end. Due to its popularity, it was determined to take this on as a full-scale project. The current team consists of only one guy Super8bitRafa (lone developer) . The game is currently still being updated weekly.
